Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked postal service to your registered UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel if a signature is required.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and your medication dispensed. To cancel, contact us immediately via our website or email.
Once a prescription has been approved and medication dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medicines under UK law, except in cases of error on our part or where goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Crofton are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your GP or specialist. You are encouraged to inform your GP of any medication you receive from us.
